Ordering Tattoo Icon Temporary Tattoo is easy.

Our temporary tattoo application instructions are very simple to follow:
1. Remove the plastic foil from the temporary tattoo
2. Press the tattoo on your skin face down
3. Cover the tattoo with wet cloth or sponge & allow paper to absorb the water.
4. Wait for about 30-40 seconds.
5. Congratulations, you did it! Now you have applied on your body the most realistic temporary tattoo in the market!

Our temporary tattoo removal instructions are very simple to follow:
Removing body tattoos
1. Apply a generous amount of baby oil or alcohol onto your temporary tattoo
2. Wait for about 20-30 seconds to allow the tattoo to absorb the oil/alcohol
3. Very gently rub with cotton pads until removed
Removing face tattoos
1. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR OIL to remove face tattoos! Use tap water and very gently rub tattoos with your fingers until they fall off.
2. Be careful while removing not to let any bits of temporary tattoo gets into your eyes or mouth.
3. Face tattoos come off easier than regular body tattoos, so just be patient and only use WATER when removing your face tattoo.

In general, processing time of your order is between 1-4 days. However, this may vary due to your product availability, etc.
The price depends on the shipping method you choose, and the country you'd like us to send you the package. In general, you can choose between:
- Standard Shipping
- Tracking
- Priority Shipping
- Express
The offered shipping methods will be displayed once you proceed to CHECKOUT.
Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Order cancelation
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. You can contact us at info@tattooicon.com.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one.
You are eligible for a return if:
you received the wrong item. You can request a refund or a replacement. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
your item was defective or damaged
your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. you provided the wrong shipping address, etc)
You can submit your refund/replacement request within 7 days after the estimated delivery period has expired. You can do it by sending us an email at info@tattooicon.com. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount you spent for purchasing our product will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 workdays (public holidays not included).
If you haven’t received a refund within the 7 workdays after your refund has been approved, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tattooicon.com.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PLEASE NOTE that import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local country customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations to understand any additional costs before purchasing.
We won't accept returns if the buyer declines to pay for import taxes, duties or any other fees.
PLEASE NOTE that your parcel may be delayed by Customs of your country as well as by your local postal service and that the shipping delivery times are only estimates and not guarantee of delivery time.
