Some Express shipping options require signature on delivery.

• Customer should be available for signature on delivery. If customer is not present carrier will ask for pickup at post office or customer can reschedule delivery with postal carrier
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customers not available for picking up the package, not present for signing the package on delivery and not rescheduling the delivery
• We do not bear responsibility for any refund requests in these cases
